Yet another newbie.
Hello all, my name is Mike.
I’m one of what I assume is many many newcomers to this site everyday.
I do have some experiance with PE (very limited really) and have done some very basic jelgs and stretches in the past but never stuck to it. Namely due to never remembering to do it all the time (My thoughts are making a set time every day to due them but anyone have any other tips for that?) Even though I know a bit about it after browsing around for a mere 10 min and checking out the newbie thread my brain is rather overwhelmed and I’m thinking “Geez, where do I begin?” I’m certianly open to any advice but I think mostly my brain needs a day or two to get over the whole “OMG, PE really is possible!” thing. I’ll do some more looking around once my head cools off some. Just thought I’d stop by and say hi and give thanks to the powers that be for making such a great place. Mike aka Big-mike
