Wtf 400kb

I wanted to post a measure pic and it said 2 MBs max and my pic is like 1.5.. When I went to add the attatchment, it said 400 kb is the max? I’d rather not post a crappy blurry pic, so am I doing something wrong? :(

There is a 800 x 600 size limit also. You can get a damn good picture with a smaller file size. See if this helps.
