So after a few days of PE, I started to notice that my head is getting a bit wrinkly and shriveled up when its flacid. Wrinkly as in its not very smooth, with very fine wrinkles, but when its erect the wrinkles go away. Is this a bad injury? Also it kinda discomforts when I stretch down, could it be that i need to rest my ligs too?
