Wrapping vs clamping

I just started wrapping and massaging my penis both to prevent discoloration and because I want a bigger head and more girth. Is wrapping the same as clamping? What I’m wondering is are the rules the same? Since I have started PEing almost seven weeks ago I have gained length about a half inch and girth about 2/8’s. Of course I’m encouraged and I don’t want to hurt myself. So far so good. I wouldn’t clamp at this early stage but I’m sure wrapping will increase my girth. I also have been reading alot and got the impression that it helps cement gains if you get more erections, so I have been finishing my workout with a 10 minute erect wrap followed by a 10 minute rice wrap and finally a 30 minute massage where I’m erect most of the time. Anyone see any potential problems with this?

(Hot) Wrapping and clamping are completely different. Wrapping is a warm-up while clamping is an exercise. One will help you grow, the other will make you grow. Look at my signature for more information. Peace.

I wouldn’t bet on the wrapping increasing your girth or cementing gains, these are both theories, speculation that cannot be proven. If I were you I’d say all that hot-wrapping at the end of the exercise is wasted time, or rather would be better spent time if the wrapping was before and in-between the Newbie Routine as opposed to at the end when most of the benefits of the warm-up are lost to thin-air.

Clamping is an advanced routine so untill you finish 12 weeks stay away from it. Im surely impressed by your gains though. Half an inch in 7 weeks is sure shit a lot. Whats your routine like?

Wrapping doesnt exert the kind os pressure that would be required to stress your penis. As beastly rightly put it ” These are bothe theories,speculations that cannot be proven”

I’m wondering if I didn’t make myself clear. By wrapping I don’t mean the sock wrap to warm down as opposed to soaking with a hot rag or in the tub. I mean I get an erection and wrap an ace bandage around the base of my penis tight enough to engorge the shaft and head. Is this considered clamping? I don’t use the plastic clamp but I stay fully erect for ten minutes and my girth temporarily has increased up to 3/8’s more than normal. I do the evening ace bandage thing without warming up. I must admit that I’ve always been rough with my penis and I didn’t follow the recommended one day on one day off routine. I started right away with two days on one day off then three days on and one day off. I also have experimented with different ways of jelqing and learned the hard way slow and steady wins the race. Now I do 12 minutes of stretching. Tub soak for ten minutes. 5 more minutes of stretching straight out, left and right, down and up. 5 minutes V-stretch. 12 minutes slow firm jelqs(200) strokes. 5 minutes jelq and hold with one hand pulling my testicles firmly down to keep skin tight. 200 more intense two handed jelq. Then the ace bandage wrap 10 minutes. 10 minutes hot rice wrap. Then I massage to keep an erection for thirty minutes. Keep in mind the routine I began with was much shorter-20 minutes total PE this is my first week of the full routine I listed. What is your routine like and how long have you been doing it?

The term “CLAMPINGmay have originated because guys must have found an easy way to trap blood using the cable clamp. I use a velcro when im clamping. The effect is just the same depending on how tight you tie the ace bandage or the velcro. What you are doing is surely clamping but with an ace bandage.

200+200+ 5 min jelq & hold = Overworked dick.

Keep it to not more than 200 jelqs in a day.

Keep the ace bandage wrap for the next day. Maybe you could do 2x10 minutes of ace bandage after a good warmup. the 30 minute erection is akin to ballooning. So it makes sense to jelq, stretch on one day and clamp,Ulis, Ballooning on the other

So you’re saying jelq half as much on one day and stretch too, then do the Uli and ace bandage and ballooning the next then take a day off then repeat. And I guess the beast is reserving comment. Thank you both for the input.
