Hello, I’ve decided to start wrapping after my workout. I have an ACE bandage that sticks to itself so I don’t have to use anything to make it stay together. When I wrap post-workout, I mainly just want to keep my weener from shrinking in and would like to keep it elongated. Could I also keep it wrapped like this during the day as well? Would it even be worth it to just have it wrapped up or would it better to add some golf weights or something of the sort on top of the wrap? My goals are obviously flaccid and erect length, girth I will achieve by clamping once I get my length gains that I want. Thanks for any replies.

In my opinion the whole don’t let it turtle thing is wrong. Many people have made gains (great gains) while not worrying about letting their dick turtle.

You can wear the wrap as long as you want but don’t sleep in it. Ive heard of people doing that but you never know when you could role the wrong way and cut off circulation to your dick.

If you think the wrap thing is working for you then keep doing it. Personally I wouldn’t worry about it.

Yes many people have gained without it, but many people have gained with it, and seeing as its impossible to compare gains with/without the “don’t let it turtle” theory, there is no way to prove/disprove it.

In my newbie period, I wrap for 2 hours in order to keep my penis in stretched condition after my stretching workout, even now, I do it after my hanging workout. It’s not the “don’t let it turtle” thing, but I believe it’s better to keep it in stretched position as it heals.
