Wrapping as ADS

For those who wrap for an ADS (ace wrap or whatever) how do you keep the wrap from slipping off? And what wrap do you use?

Scotch tape

Spandex cloth

ACE bandage and use the metal clips it comes with to fasten it.

Cohesive support bandage. It’s elasticated and sticks to itself.

I use a 4” strip of cling wrap. In canada they have roll of the stuff at the dollar store on a cardboard roll that makes it easy to get good tension while wrapping your unit, and it stays wrapped all day.

I have a sleeve that I’ve cut to the length I like. I roll it on then use a silicone ring right behind the glans to keep it from slipping. Just thought I’d share my approach :)

Where can you get this stuff?

Guess I should also clarify. How much wrap are you guys using?

I just buy it at the chemists (drugstore).

You use as much as you need to get the job done!

Can you use the same portion of wrap more than once? How long does it stay self adhesive?

Stuff I use says it can be rewashed twice and still work. Fact is you can pretty much use it until it falls apart for our purposes.

What brand is the stuff you use? I can’t for the life of me find any ACE wrap locally :/

I’d have thought any drugstore would carry bandages of various types. The one I use is a generic from one of the UK Chemist chain stores, ‘Boots Chemists’.

Do you use the whole roll of wrap? Or?

I have used an ACE wrap as an ADS for several years (off and on). You can check the threads in my signature for more details.

I use a 2 inch wide wrap and cut it to about 2 feet long (maybe a little over - better to start long and trim if needed). My preferred bandage has Velcro at the end so it will self stick to the cloth on the last wrap.

Start just under the head with a snug fit (easier if you are circumcised and can fit the bandage under the ridge of the head to help it keep from slipping off. Then go around again close to the head. Keep wrapping, overlapping about 3/4 of the bandage on each go-round. I try to go as low to the base as possible and have to pull my scrotum / turkey neck back a bit (will cause bandage to “bunch” over repeated use but nothing to worry about). Then either Velcro it, or on some of my wraps, I just tuck the end into another go-round of the wrap to secure it.

I [b]must[/i] be loose enough to urinate easily while wearing it - while not slipping off. I don’t recommend keeping it on when you pee though since some urine can be trapped and might come out after you have zipped up, which could be embarrassing. I tend to wear mine after I stretch in the morning for about 3 hours. As long as you take it off to pee every three hours, you can easily wear it all day.

A wrap it not going to give you the ADS results that an extender will. I believe that it helps your penis heal in an elongated position which helps growth overall after doing the exercises in the newbie routine. That’s just from view from my personal experience with PE though.
