Hi!
So, I have this turtling problem, and because of that I would like someone to help me out explaining how to wrap. I know there is a thread where it explains how to, but it doesn’t really work for me that well. :(

When I stretch the penis out as much as I can, I don’t really understand how to get the wrapping on. Because if I let go of the penis it obviously will shrink, and if I don’t, there is no room to put the wrapping…

So, would someone be so kind to help me out and show me (maybe with a little video tutorial/pictures) how to ?
My penis is fairly small when flaccid, so that makes it harder I suspect.

Turtling is not a problem.

It’s not ? :s I thought it was. I thought the flaccid state of the penis should be bigger for a longer period of time than just for a few seconds. Oh well, I guess it will come eventually then ? :) Because I can not see any difference in my flaccid state after a few weeks of trying to stretch. (I say trying, because I’m having some difficulties with it unfortunately.) I just recently started using toilet paper for gripping, hope it will get the job done then.

I use 2 shoelaces to tie around my dick from base to up like 3 quarters of the shaft post workout. I then let it hang for 2 hours while blood collects around its head. It has helped with flaccid gains and girth gains around the head

That’s a very bad idea. A rigid cock ring would do the same job with less risk.

Your flaccid size is mostly a matter of how much blood there is in your penis. The best exercises to increase flaccid are girth oriented ones, like jelqing, pumping, etc..

I used to actually worry like that about my flaccid. It’s a grower. I’m working to make it a shower. (someday)

Oh yeah! Last night after clamping it hung so nice! 5-1/2” at 5-3/4” girth. Sweet. It only lasted five or ten minutes. That’s a big improvement from a minute or two.

Generally, turtling is not a problem at all; because most PE exercises are low intensity stress.

But when you get into high intensity exercises like hanging, then turtling can become an issue. The difference is that in high intensity exercises, you are causing controlled damage to your penis, and growth will occur from repairing that damage. But if you don’t keep the penis in an elongated state the penis will potentially repair itself at the old length. Typically, hangers will wrap their penises in compression wraps to keep them in an elongated state while they recover.

But most manual exercises and stretching exercises are low intensity. Growth is triggered by prolonged periods of constant stress, which signals the tissue to expand. These exercises don’t cause any damage, so growth doesn’t occur that way. So for low intensity exercises turtling doesn’t matter.

Not at all. The source of this idea is in the analogy with bone lenghtening, which was drawn many years ago and is completely groundless.

Actually, most manual exercises are at higher intensity than hanging. Jelqing can apply a degree of intensity that is about never reached through hanging.
