Well after four months of P.E I can finally say it works!
My flaccid length went from NP 2 1/4 inches to 4 1/2 nbp.
and BP is now a full 5 inches.
My erect NP went from 5 3/4 inches to 5 7/8 inches. ( small gains here )
Bp erect went from 6 inches to 6 7/16. Almost a full 1/2 inch.
I have been doing a full 20 X 2 five on and 2 off of manual stretching in all five directions. Up, down, side to side and out.
I also follow this with what I call base pulls. I grab deep down onto the base and pull out for the count of 100 or until my hands give out.
I only do girth work now and then since I read how hard it is if your girth is large.
My normal girth is 4 inches flaccid ( used to be a fat little short guy there ) and 5 3/4 erect.
But I can’t say I wouldn’t’t be happy with 6 to 6 3/4 girth later after I get more length.
:o ) just keep on pulling!
