Would you have surgery if you knew it was safe

Hypothetically speaking, if risk-free penis enlargement surgery did exist, I would NOT do it, for the same reasons that I do not like women with enhanced (fake) breasts. I would much rather play with the real thing even if it is smaller.

No brainer! No surgery is ever going to do for me what PE has done for any price. There is more than meets the eye, although the digital era has made sharing pictures a close approximation of what I see when I look in the mirror!

I don’t like fake breasts since you can always tell from looking (as well as feeling I imagine), much the same with facial surgery, it never looks natural - somehow never matches. But in this case your dick wouldn’t look unnatural, just big.

Also, comparing a dick enlargement to breast enlargement is not fair. In my opinion it should be compared to pussy tightening. Perhaps some girls will notice your big dick before you get nude, but I imagine in most cases the girl will be guessing.

But I agree that natural PE will give better penis health and EQ, but I’m not sure what girls say.. Has anyone heard a girl comparing a smaller rock hard dick to a big dick with average hardness?

And PE giving confidence? Yes! It’s a discipline, and I think always looking for quick fixes is often the wrong path to go down. I never thought of that and it has changed my mind about ever getting surgery. For me, I train in the gym regularly. It makes me physically strong and healthy, but it also makes me mentally strong. I am so disciplined now, I genuinely feel confident I can get good at anything I try. Having any kind of discipline is good IMO, and PE is no exception.

Considering PE hasn’t worked for me, heck yes… if the result was permanent and my dick wouldn’t look mangled.

PE doesn’t work for me either. I have to do the work. Month after month. Change-up after change-up! I would not give up on PE. Try different techniques, heating, cooling, physical body conditioning, etc. There are too many variables and variant PE techniques to try.

Any one of us that has gained an inch or more should probably give a months wages to Thunders. I will have to donate again soon!

I agree! Thunder and I have discussed the stealth issue and he suggested buying a gift card and using it to donate through paypal. Now I have to get my butt out there and shop for a gift card I can buy with cash! :) This place can use some help right now!

I would never have surgery down there, especially because I’m a bit afraid of doctors, needles, blood, etc.

Seeing as how it can be done without knives, I would stick without it, even if I would be completely fun. I hope to test my discipline with PE, and surgery would be like an easy out for me.

I have no problems in principal with surgical enhancement. And if a risk free, guaranteed surgical procedure were offered for a mere month’s pay I would leap upon the opportunity.

Though running through my mind, of all the forums etc I have read, I can’t ever recall anyone ever reporting overwhelming positives of their penile enhancement surgery. It seems all you ever hear are reports of botched operations and infections.

And on top of that, I wonder if or how one could Jelq properly post-surgery if there was some silicon or fat deposits inserted in there.
