Would you have surgery if you knew it was safe

Mangled. Reflect on that word.

I think you are missing the point of this thread. I think most here would not have surgery. But in perfect would there are a set of circumstances that one might change their mind. Such as no chance of mangling of the unit.

Delgnam!

I don’t know, I think the point of this thread could be to open men to the idea of surgery.

Would you jump the Grand Canyon on a motorbike if there was no risk?

Why would I want to do that anyways?

Some people do stuff because there is a high risk. Penis surgery is probably one of those things. The list is probably like this:

Get blown out of the end of a cannon (into a net maybe)
Jump the Grand Canyon on a motorbike
Dive from a height where you reach terminal velocity
Eat a TV dinner by drilling a hole in your head and funnelling it in.
Let a rabid dog suck your cock
Let a rabid surgeon at your cock

Agreed but I don’t think one gets a penis enlargement surgery because he gets off taking risk (pun intended), but maybe if he too lazy or exhausted all other options without reaching his goal and is VERY unsatisfied with his current size to risk losing it altogether.

But the OP’s point here was if it was risk free which of course is at least a fairytale

Even the simplest of surgeries, e.g. a tonsillectomy, has some inherent risk. Anytime a sharp tool is cutting into flesh, there is some risk. I understand the point that was trying to be made, but I also wonder if the OP has truly exhausted all other options, wonder how much time the OP has actually spent doing PE, and if it was done correctly.

Sometimes, a slight change in technique can mean the difference of gains vs no gains.

Thank you! No risk penis surgery would be the first case of any kind of risk free surgery.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

If safety, effectiveness (i.e. outcome) and cost were not all loomingly ominous issues … sure I would go under the knife for another inch instead of waiting another year to get it the tried and true way.

Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

I’ve come across more and more guys who I’m pretty sure had some kind of girth surgery. Most of the times I would not be happy with the result they got, but a few I would not mind. Its obviously not the kind of thing you ask a random hook up about though. “Hey, nice girth. Where did you get it?”

I think in ten years time there will be more men with dick surgery than women with boob jobs.

For those who said they would still not do it, please give reasons!

And the OP does not support surgery, but if it was safe - I probably would.

And sleepy278, I’ve been doing PE for around 6 months. I agree with you that a slight change in your technique/routine can make all the difference, but PE can be frustrating because of this. This site is a great start, but PE is still relatively new and under researched. I have gained, plateaued and lost since I have started PE, like many others I am sure.

Also, I would go as far to say for every person who starts PE and makes reasonable gains, there are 100 people who don’t follow through.

To clear up the argument ‘there’s always risk in surgery’ lets say it was an injection or something like blood doping.

As for the money saving reason not to, lol I dunno.. For decent gains PE takes thousands of hours. While it can feel good, it’s not my favourite hobby.

Anyway, like memento mentioned this would be open to abuse - but would you abuse it!

I’m a Yorkshireman! I believe in a fair days work for a fair days pay. If you want something, you work for it, you don’t cheat, you don’t claim someone elses work as your own. I wouldn’t let a surgeon do my PE for me.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

I would do it if it was adjustable. Some women like more cock than others.

Yes I would!!!! The sensation of flying with no risk of death? Count me in.

I think that if such a surgery existed it would blow the lid off the size issue once and for all.

Much like the boob job hasn’t stopped small breasted women from being sexually appealing, guys with smaller dicks are still fucking, and if you could get an extra three inches for $5000, only those with the need to be with size queens would spend the money, and the occasional delusional type believing that’s what any woman would want.

I think personally if such a surgery were available I wouldn’t bother simply because of the change in the nature of the penis size game such a surgery would create.

I don’t do PE for anyone else but me. My wife doesn’t seem to notice and I couldn’t care less what any other woman thought, so what remains is the healing from a terrible trauma I experienced while with the mother of my children and my personal dick health, which has improved tremendously in 2 1/2 years.

And finally, I think that such a surgery would appeal to the exhibitionist and those like women with barbie doll faces at 60 who are terrified to age gracefully.
