I have started PE like a week ago but I’m a little worried because since then my morning erections and my ‘self stimulated ones’ seem to be decreasing or losing their hardness, however, the erections I get when I’m, for example, with my girlfriend seems to be harder than they were, and even last longer. I’m a little bit worried about this, I am making a very light routine to get used to PE

Could anyone help me with your advice?

You might be starting in a bit hard but don’t judge the state of your erections for a few hours after you’ve PEed (or even the next day).

I am doing this routine:

NEW newbie + advanced routine

No stretches. Just warm up, jelqs and kegels.

I do it in the night, just after I arrive from climbing training.

I think this is pretty light and that’s the main reason of my concerns.

I would include some stretches in your routine, imagine trying to gain length with your tendons in your leg simply by using them to run instead of stretching beforehand. You gotta stretch your ligaments.

I had/have pretty much the same issue with self induced being weaker than normal BUT morning wood and girlfriend induced erections are solid steel.

I won’t complain. And she won’t either.

I have achieved my short term goals 7 x 6++ 17.78cm bpelx 15.2cm mseg 17.1cm beg...

I guess you don’t need to be concerned.. If when you are with your gf your erections are harder, I guess that is the most important.

Start January 2013: NBPEL 6.2" (15,7cm) / MSEG 5.2" (13,2cm) / BPEL 6.6"(16,8cm) / FL - 3.5" (9cm) / FG - 3.9" (10cm)

Wajiro, yes I know, but I’m afraid that the quality of my erections is diminishing instead of improving. This is my first week of PEing.

Should I keep trying, what do you think?

How is your erection quality on your rest day- after the longest recuperation period?

The fact that EQ hasn’t fallen away completely indicates doing a tad too much PE. I would take a few days off to see if EQ improves and then re-start with a lighter routine and slowly build up your routine over a period of time. Jelqs are quite an intensive exercise, especially at the start of PE when you haven’t mastered the art. Go as lightly as possible to feel the desired jelq sensation.

Also, I have some issues controlling the strength if my erections while jelqing, it tends to get hard and then I fear that keep on jelqing would cause me some injuries, how could I control this?

Control of erection level whilst jelqing takes time. Eventually your dick becomes attuned to the difference between jelqing and other forms of stimulation, and erection levels are more controllable.

Try jelqing from a slightly lower erection level and stoping if you get too hard. Recommence from the original erection level once achieved. Don’t use ’ sexual’ stimulation such as porn or even arousing thoughts, try concentrating on the sensations in your penis purely in terms of PE feedback. Another tip would be to consider your breathing, slow and steady- to keep you calm from arousal.

On an aside, I wonder if jelqing is currently so stimulating for you that normal arousal is not sufficient to gain normal arousal and EQ. Perhaps a short break and more perfunctory jelqing will aid normal erection EQ.

It can be a tricky thing this PE!
