Worried newbie

Hey, about 3 weeks ago I decided to try PE after reading on a different forum about the Jes-Extender. I eventually landed here after some searching (I like to do some extensive research before I try something new, I’m boring like that), and decided that for starters I’d try the newbie routine.
So I started a Saturday, did the routine two days in a row, took a day off, etc. But the fourth time I did the routine, something happened which I’ve never experienced before (except when very drunk). I had finished warming up and stretching, and was about to go onto jelqing when I discovered that I couldn’t get an erection. There was some blood flow, but not near anything which would constitute a proper erection. This condition continued through the entire evening, and didn’t really get completely better until late the next day. Now I don’t want to sound like a complete wuss, but this scared the shit out of me, and I haven’t done any PE since.
Like I said this happened after I had finished the stretching, but I remember quite clearly that I didn’t feel any numbness or pain, my penis just wouldn’t do what has usually been so easy. I had watched the instruction videos on this site for the different exercises, so I’m pretty sure I was doing it right. I even made sure not to overdo it, and followed the newbie routine pretty exact.

So question is, any idea what the cause could have been? Is it safe to try again?

You jelqing with a full erection. If so, then that is what your problem is. You should jelq at 50-70% as a newbie. High erection jelqs are for or less geared towards vets.

If you don’t jelq at a full erection I say it is pretty safe to do it again.

Also, you are meant to take it gently. Your a newbie. Your penis has to condition itself before you can grip it hard, yank it hard, jelq it hard etc. Don’t grip too tight when jelqing or stretching.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

No I don’t jelq with full erection, but that really wasn’t the problem for me, I just couldn’t get an erection at all after stretching.

Though, if I do decide to try again, I will take it much more gentle (although I was pretty gentle to begin with).

Well, if you can’t get it up after stretching, split the routine. Jelq in the morning and stretch in the evening.

As the composition of your member chances I would think that this stuff can occur, it is not permanent, your unit is just changing. Just keep a close watch an your PI’s and PE accordingly. Good luck.

When I was 5 years old my mom told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down "happy." They told me I didn't understand the assignment, I told them they didn't understand life. ~John Lennon
