Worried about losing firmness
I have been jelqing on and off for the past few years, but before I settle down and start a long-term stretching and jelqing routine I was hoping to read a little bit about improving the strength and “hardness” of erections. I know that proper technique and the appropriate amount of recovery time should prevent serious damage, but can these techniques, in the long term, cause weaker erections?
And while we’re talking about it, I suppose I’ll tack on another question. I don’t have trouble “getting it up”, but I do feel that my erections could be a bit firmer. What sort of exercises can I do to improve the hardness of my erections?
