Workouts.
Okay, so I did search this before hand but I could find nothing on the subject and I am very very new to all of this so please understand that first. So, I started with Example 3 from the penis professor’s website and initially thought all I had to do was the PC exercises for a workout. So, I did them and then Vacuum pumped afterwards. Well, tonight I re-read the item and saw I was supposed to do all of them? This took almost an hour to do? Is this normal? Also, I tried pumping afterwards with the bathmate but my penis was well worn out as I had sex and got off earlier this evening plus masturbated and got off again prior to exercising.
In closing, is it normal for a penis exercise to take an hour and if so is it alright to use the bathmate afterwards? Also, any recommended workouts or tips for a newbie would be appreciated. Even after my first workout I noticed some serious gains. So, I am excited to see what the future holds and wouldn’t HGH help hold gains better as well?
