Okay, so I did search this before hand but I could find nothing on the subject and I am very very new to all of this so please understand that first. So, I started with Example 3 from the penis professor’s website and initially thought all I had to do was the PC exercises for a workout. So, I did them and then Vacuum pumped afterwards. Well, tonight I re-read the item and saw I was supposed to do all of them? This took almost an hour to do? Is this normal? Also, I tried pumping afterwards with the bathmate but my penis was well worn out as I had sex and got off earlier this evening plus masturbated and got off again prior to exercising.

In closing, is it normal for a penis exercise to take an hour and if so is it alright to use the bathmate afterwards? Also, any recommended workouts or tips for a newbie would be appreciated. Even after my first workout I noticed some serious gains. So, I am excited to see what the future holds and wouldn’t HGH help hold gains better as well?

First up I have no idea what this penis professor’s website is, so let’s get that out of the way. You’re probably very eager to get started with PE, but an hour’s workout for a beginner? I wouldn’t recommend it. I also wouldn’t recommend any appliances such as the bathmate (especially the bathmate because it doesn’t indicate any pressure). That should cover the first few weeks while you orient yourself to the very slow process of penis enlargement. There is a lot of info here so take your time in searching through the forums.

I should warn you up front that what you’re describing is massively overtraining. First sex, then an hour’s workout, then pumping and masturbating all on the same day? That’s just going to toughen your penis and make it very difficult to gain. The ‘gains’ you speak of are likely temporary expansion due to the pumping, which is always nice but transient.

But really. Start with the newbie routine, take your time to read through the wealth of info here, and then continue from there. There is no rush, trying to go faster is usually going to make you slower due to overtraining. Welcome to TP and good luck!

Change your masturbation session into an edge session (masturbate without coming) and reaching the point near orgasm then let it subside.

Also to start 10 minutes workout is fine and then you work your way till 1 hour or more.

There are sessions where it can take up to 4 hours (hanging) but that’s an advanced thing.
