Hi, I was searching around this site, but the only workout I found was the newbie routine which I had been doing form a different site. While searching I recently bumped into this page A Quickstart Guide to Manual Exercises, which has a lot of various exercises. Can anyone recommend a nice workout with these exercises or a thread that contains various ones?

I’m talking about after the newbie routine.I’m new to the site and some of these exercieses but not new to PE

Basically I have been doing the exercises on this site http://www.enlargepenisguide.com/daily_workout.htm and got to the intermediate level but now I am looking for some new exercises since there have been no more gains for a while on that one. Are you familiar with that site and what is your opinion on those exercises?

I had been doing the routine for about a month now and gained 0.25 inches about but I am looking for a new steady routine, preferably without any of these hangers that I have been reading about. Would you be able to recommend a steady workout plan from the A Quickstart Guide to Manual Exercises page that I had in before?

I would say a slight extension if the Newbie routine would be best for you, something like this…

5 mins hot wrap/warm up
10-15 mins stretching (all directions and rotary)
15 mins of jelq (about 300 x 3 sec jelqs)
5 mins hot wrap/warm down
50 x 5 secs kegel holds

Thats the kind of routine I’d say. You definatly need more than 5 mins of jelqing, 10-15mins is a solid amount.

Should I do anything with v stretch?

Is there any change in gain performance if you take a break between the stretching and jelqing?
