When I’m doing stretches and jelqs in the same half hour workout, is it better to jelq first and then stretch or the other way round?

Some men do jelqs before and gain too. I remember some guy who was called “big gainer” here on Thunders . Well he was Wadzilla’s friend. He used to jelq before stretch, and he gained 4 inches in length. At least it was on the thread.

Needless to say this won’t happen to everyone.

Seems logical to stretch before jelqing. You want your penis to be completely flaccid when stretching, not plumped up and engorged.

Warmup, stretch, pump, jelq, pump.

I just recently incorporated stretching with a 1/2” pvc pipe, cut to approximately 12”. With one hand I hold the pipe, while the other hand grips my penis and stretches it around the pipe. I stretch in all four directions, 30 per hold. I then move the pipe up my shaft and repeat the process till I reach the end of my shaft.

With the use of my infra-red setup, the stretch is amazing. I have been stretching this way for the last two weeks and I feel I am on the verge of some exciting gains.

Warm up again after the jelq session. Then do the stretches.
