Workout depending on how warm-up goes?
I’m wondering if this situation happens to anyone else.
I know I’m going to have a good session when I warm-up using my rice sock, and my penis is very spongy and stretchy. Most of the time my flaccid before stretching is also a lot longer than usual.
Other times my penis feels rougher, less stretchy and my flaccid doesn’t get nearly as long as the aforementioned times. I’ve noticed the usual result is a less than stellar workout usually accompanied by turtling immediately after. I’m going to avoid working out when this happens and see the results. The thing is when I have the immediate turtling I usually chalk it up to a negative PI and avoid working out for the next couple of days. I’m not sure if this is what I should be doing.
For instance, I just started working out again using an overhand grip with 5 minutes of jelqing, and 3 minutes of stretching. Last week was great. This week not so much. I’m going to see what happens when I gauge my workouts by these warmups.
