Workout depending on how warm-up goes?

I’m wondering if this situation happens to anyone else.

I know I’m going to have a good session when I warm-up using my rice sock, and my penis is very spongy and stretchy. Most of the time my flaccid before stretching is also a lot longer than usual.

Other times my penis feels rougher, less stretchy and my flaccid doesn’t get nearly as long as the aforementioned times. I’ve noticed the usual result is a less than stellar workout usually accompanied by turtling immediately after. I’m going to avoid working out when this happens and see the results. The thing is when I have the immediate turtling I usually chalk it up to a negative PI and avoid working out for the next couple of days. I’m not sure if this is what I should be doing.

For instance, I just started working out again using an overhand grip with 5 minutes of jelqing, and 3 minutes of stretching. Last week was great. This week not so much. I’m going to see what happens when I gauge my workouts by these warmups.

I have to agree with you on this one. Sometimes when I prepare for a session, I can tell whether it’s a point doing it this day based on the state my penis is in after warmup. A good state would be soft and pliable, while a bad state would be a more rubber-like feeling. When not in the preferred state I know the workout will be a lesser one, and call it of for the day.

When I have this feeling, I tend to warm-up more till I get to the pliable condition (more time or changing source of heat- still prefer water)

Each his own. I use an IR-lamp for warmup, and IMO you can not get a better warmup than that. Some days are just better for PE than others.

I haven’t used IR-lamp so far .. Maybe I will give it a try.

I have that problem, I think it’s about how good blood circulation you have for the moment. When you are warm and have big blood veins You often also have the same on the dick.
