Does working out somehow enhance your PE gains?

Do you mean conventional exercise at the gym? If so then lifting weights and cardio can definitely have a positive impact on blood flow which can greatly benefit your EQ. But as far as size increase is concerned, no. If that was the case, every bodybuilder would have a 12x8 lol.

I think the greatest benefit working out would give to PE is the reduction of fat pad. With the idea that your lifting program is helping with fat reduction.
