I’ve been working on this a couple of days now and I think I’m going at it a little too hard. It’s usually after a warm shower that I do some stretching. Since someone said they had good results with an inverted-v, that’s what I’ve been doing mostly, along with some other stretching. I use some powder to help maintain a grip, and pull. The problem I’m having is where I’m gripping, I get some red spots, possibly from having to hold too hard. Anyone else have this problem or know how to get a good grip without putting too much force on their unit?

You shouldn’t be doing V-Stretches as a newbie, they’re an advanced exercise. Stick to the Newbie Routine.

Hi True you shouldn’t be doing the inverted stretches as a newbie. Just give yourself TIME. Listen to your body and when you think you are ready for the Inverted V’s start with them. To answer your question it’s very normal to see spots when you do inverted stretches as you are essentially gripping your dick head tight to gain maximum stretch. If you experience pain please stop and give it rest.
