Working through the red spotting

Occasionally I will get red spotting but I work through it. I read that a few members say to rest till they are completely gone. I think it is ok to work through it, maybe with slightly less intensity.

The spotting still heals for me even when I continue to do the workouts. I would appreciate to here if others work through the spotting or if they think it would be wise to take a day or two off?

Really I think it depends on how big these spots are for you. I’ve experienced some mild spotting on the head also, but none enough to concern me really. Unless your spots are really large/pronounced, just pay attention to other indicators and if all else seems well you should be fine to continue, in my opinion.

I was thinking small/mild spotting as well. Large spots require rest breaks.

I continue workouts with red-spots and slight pain. For me, these are positive indicators for growth.
