Working out while PE

I think it would be beneficial to growth. When you work out your body releases testosterone, the male growth hormone to repair and rebuild muscle. This is just my opinion of course but it should help.

Just like when you start PE you don’t want to over do it, the same goes for working out do about 2 weeks of light to moderate weight 3x a week and then feel free to step it up a bit.

Do you mean working out as you PE? Like doing benchpresses as you PE, or do you mean working out through out the week would benifit PE? You probaly mean the latter, in which case I would say from the best of my knowledge that working out and excersizing possibly could speed gains for PE but I haven’t thought about it too much as I am doing fine getting PE gains with little excersize/working-out per week.

I am currently doing some moderate body building to put on some weight and actually started that the same as my PE. So far slow gains but we’ll see

I think it would be benificial. I am doing it for years and I have gained much. It wouldn’t hurt to do both fitness and PE, and it will make your body like a muscular man :up: .

I cannot see anything wrong with that, if you are referring to working out, combined with PE, but not at the same time. I’ve noticed that after working out my penis does not look it’s best, of you know what I mean, and I cannot see that helping if you try working out and PE at the same time

I go to the gym Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for bodybuilding. I switch up the schedule to stimulate the muscles differently too. I do a 4-3-2-1 schedule. 4 Weeks of Medium weight, 6-8 rep. 3 Weeks of High weight 4-6 rep. 2 Weeks of Super High of 1-3 rep. And 1 week of super low, super slow very high reps. All of them in sets of three of course.

I would think working out helps. My gains have been great so far, partially attributed to the fact that I’m a newbie. But being in great shape helps as well and I do agree with the testosterone idea. It also allows for better bloodflow and any good bodybuilder will tell you that daily multivitamins and healthy eating is essential. It all adds up, and in theory seems to prove helpful to PE.

PE and swiming

I started swiming around 2 to 2.5km 3 times per week about a month ago, and started doing PE about 2 weeks ago. I felt after the first few times of jelqing the night before that my energy levels in the pool the next morning were pretty low. Last night I had a fairly heavy jelq session and this morning was very flat in the pool, with my legs already burning just in the warmups.

Do you guys find that your energy levels are decreased in your gym / sports workouts after you jelq?

I aim to push through this as it may just be a coincidence, or it could be that the body is directing more blood into the penil area, and once it becomes accustomed to this new pattern, the dick will permanently get its increased share of blood and the rest of the body will have to make do with the balance.

I believe that’s because your blood is busy replenishing fatigued muscles instead of crusing around to plump up your penis. I am getting into the habit of wrapping up my dick with ace when I work out. Seems to work well as when I’m done with my workout, my penis hangs nicely where before it looked like a shy tortoise.

I doubt that even with your penis fully engorged it should not have too much of an effect on blood to the muscles. Just remember it’s that way when you have sex and I doubt your energy level is low then. Your body is a fine machine with priorities. Extremities are one of the last on the list when it comes to divying up blood dividends. Also, if you’re swimming, your penis has no need for a convoy of blood, so if your muscles need it, they will take it. Poor penis gets the shaft all too often (no pun intended).

I do not think that PE have anything to do with your performance in the pool.I am a competitive swimmer training almost every day and did not notice any correlation of PE to my performance in the pool.

One thing you should know is your work-out the next day largely depends on what you’ve eaten (and how much) the day before and how you slept the night before that.Those are the most important things.And sometimes there is just no explaining:there are “on” and “off” days and nobody can avoid this.

Just to let you guys know, I realised my performance in the pool did not deteriorate due to the jelqing.

I was trying to lose a bit of a spare tyre which gathered around my waist over the winter months, and was thus not eating much carbohydrates in an effort to burn up the reserves around my waist. It worked, but I am definitely sure that the lack of carb’s in my diet during strenuous workouts certainly explains the lack of energy.

I’m back to a more balanced diet, and hey, thanks russian for the tip on eating. I now make sure to load up on the carb’s the day before training and it makes the world of difference.
