Working out what routine to use Any help

So I have been going over all the different threads and well I simply just want a routine that if I work at it and give it the dedication and time needed , will eventually increase my length and girth by as much as possible. I know that it can’t happen over night or even a few weeks but I just wondered what has worked for other people? This is my first post so be gentle ha thanks :) oh p.s. What kind of gains have been achieved over what period of time ?


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well, the Newbie Routine linked above is a good place to start, especially if you have any affection for your penis. It’s produced nice gains for some of the guys, but individual results vary widely. I ended up with 3/4 inch length gain over about 4 months, maybe a little less. That’s not unusual. Others have exceeded an inch in a year’s time. No one can tell you what you’d get from it, or what kind of routine will ultimately best suit you. We all have to do some experimentation.

The newbie is pretty much the bread and butter moves you’ll need to master before you can go on. If you skip this step thinking you know better and don’t put in your time with this or any other newbie routine, you’ll most likely end up hurting yourself or spinning you wheels with piss poor training and see little to no results. Though, If you ask me I think the newbie routine does stop short of some great potential and I can see how it gets boring to most, but you have to do it.

Ok thanks a lot guys I’m going to start the newbie routine and hopefully with the time and dedication I’ll get it right :D , gotta say reading threads everyone is real helpful and I’m glad I finally found somewhere that doesn’t charge you stupid amounts of money saying things like ( gain 1 - 4” working 6 minutes a day ) ha if there’s any other tips or anything I’ve missed even if it’s diet that you can think of that would be appreciated aswell. Thanks again.

Yep, one of the best things you can do is take the time to explore the forums here, going back into old threads from years past to get a sense of what others have done, sorts of problems that have cropped up, and solutions found. You’ll see pretty quickly that there really seems to be no one-size-fits-all formula. Maybe in a way that’s good, because it gives you potential options when (or if) you find that your own progress peters out. Just try to think things through and make a plan, then be systematic in the way you do your PE work. Keep careful measurements (often overlooked) and a workout log. Use your erectile quality and the physical state of your penis as barometers of your tolerance for the work you are doing. Give a routine ample time to reveal its effectiveness before looking elsewhere. There aren’t many better lessons in patience than PE.
