Working out what routine to use Any help
So I have been going over all the different threads and well I simply just want a routine that if I work at it and give it the dedication and time needed , will eventually increase my length and girth by as much as possible. I know that it can’t happen over night or even a few weeks but I just wondered what has worked for other people? This is my first post so be gentle ha thanks :) oh p.s. What kind of gains have been achieved over what period of time ?
