Working out my LOT

Ok I know that this is posted elsewhere but I have never seen a good explanation of how to work out ones LOT and the examples on some of these threads are quite confusing.

So as I understand I should stand up, grip my unerect penis and pull it up towards my belly button. From here I kegel and look for tugback.this is called the 12 o’clock position. Now I lower the angle (I.e. Pull the penis away from the body slightly more) and continue to repeat until I no longer feel any tugback when kegelling.

Is this the correct method? When doing this I can feel tugback at any position, even when pulling down between my legs. After reading a bit I assume this means I should be working the tunica and shouldn’t expect any quick gains (just my luck).

Really? Searched for what, exactly? I mean, there are tons of threads on the LOT theory.

Bib’s LOT theory was for hangers, men who hang weights from their penises. It attempted to predict which direction of hanging would be more beneficial based on an erroneous assumption about penile anatomy. It was tested extensively and shown not to be predictive of anything. Besides, it was for hangers.

The LOT theory can safely be ignored by all new members. It won’t help you get gains with jelqing or stretching or even with hanging.

However, if you insist: Bib’s LOT Theory 101

@Marinera: there are loads about what it is, and how it is supposed to affect gains, but no clear description of how the hell to work it out (at least I couldn’t find one).

@WestLA: Ah ok, so at the risk of renewed hope on my part, are you saying that I’, not necessarily doomed to hard gains and just to get on with it? I am doing the newbie routine at the moment, and have been doing so for a couple of weeks now. I was planning to do that for a month, see if it’s doing anything and possibly jump onto hanging if not.

In my opinion, you should do downward stretches or hanging because lig gains are easier than tunica.

In the lot test, you should look your head movement.

Each man gains at his own rate. You cannot directly compare your progress to anyone else. For some it may take three months of the Newbie Routine before he sees any gains. Others may show something in a fortnight.

You need several months of conditioning before you start hanging. It’s very stressful and not for an untrained newbie penis. I’d suggest continuing with the Newbie Routine and increasing the jelq strokes and stretching time as time goes on. Do it for at least three months before you try anything more strenuous.
