Working out my LOT
Ok I know that this is posted elsewhere but I have never seen a good explanation of how to work out ones LOT and the examples on some of these threads are quite confusing.
So as I understand I should stand up, grip my unerect penis and pull it up towards my belly button. From here I kegel and look for tugback.this is called the 12 o’clock position. Now I lower the angle (I.e. Pull the penis away from the body slightly more) and continue to repeat until I no longer feel any tugback when kegelling.
Is this the correct method? When doing this I can feel tugback at any position, even when pulling down between my legs. After reading a bit I assume this means I should be working the tunica and shouldn’t expect any quick gains (just my luck).
