Just a quick question that I though about today.

If I do PE stuff right after I work out do you think that could help out more than just doing it at any given time? Right after working out your blood is flowing better and there is more testosterone pumping through you. I didn’t see any posts about this lately but I haven’t searched through all of them. It made sense to me so I was just checking to see if anyone else has any input on this. Oh ya!! Almost forgot, it’s been about a month and I am finally seeing some girth gains, not much, but it’s something! No length yet but it will come(I hope).

One last there, have there been any cases where these exercises just simply don’t work for someone? I don’t think it’s possible but I was just wondering.

I actually think PE right after a workout would be disadvantageous, because the blood would be pumping to the places that need it, namely, not your dick. Just workout, be good to your body, and do your PE consistently, and with focus.

Side-note/Rant - I see a lot of these posts, asking whether or not eating this way, taking this supplement, PE’ing when you wake up, PE’ing before you go to sleep, etc. etc, and the one overall theme is everyone is looking for a shortcut, the fastest way to do this. Here is the reality : PE takes commitment.

PE is a journey, and as such, there will never be an exactly right way to do things; as you PE, you’ll find different times call for different measures. For all the newbies out there, every time you have a thought such as the one expressed in this thread here, tell yourself, “just do the exercise.” That’s it. There is no scientific research to verify whether or not any of the advice given on this site is valid, outside of the exercises themselves, so quiet your mind and just sit down and do the exercises; eventually, all this stuff will work itself out, practicality and desire will make a compromise, and you’ll find yourself your niche and a bigger dick.

Dungieman, I believe hours before and after your workout, you should PE. In the previous post, Kazooplayer highlighted the main reasons.

I sincerely believe that PE does work.

Then again the exercises are dependent of your goals. If you want to get 4 inches in 2 months, you`ll be asking the impossible. Also, if your goal is to gain length, doing only jelqs will not help.

Even if you do not gain any size ,you will be blessed with an excellent penile health.

The main factors for growth in PE is discipline, dedication and patience.

PE works, period. The question is always, “can it work for me?” The answer is, ” can you figure out how to make it work for you”.

There is no scientific documentation on it because there has been no official scientific studies funded for it. However, just because it hasn’t been “scientifically documented” doesn’t mean it isn’t real…it just means it is not an excepted fact by the scientific community.

Before the Earth was proven to be round (to the scientific community), it was still round. Remember proof is merely a way of accepting of something that already is…its not creating a reality, mere acknowledging it.

We have had many, many, many guys get gains here, so PE can work. The question is, can you get it to work for you.

The answer is you have a good chance. The more you study the information here and apply it in a sensible way, the greater your chance of success.

The trick is to wade through the vast amount of information and opinions to differentiate the good information from the not so good. The best way to do that is to go to the areas posted for Newbies and start there. The next step is to go to the area called “Recent Articles”. Thunder tries to put the best write ups in that area that can help you on your quest.

The Moderators are also a pretty good source of information, they are picked because they know enough and are level headed enough to be able to steer you in the right direction.

As far as what will work for you, I suggest you read my PI and EQ threads linked at the bottom of this reply, it will help you decide for yourself.
