I’m working on that part.. Have to get into my head that it’s a lifestyle change. I have been lifting weights consistantly for 13yrs, just have to convince myself that is part of the workout..

Makes sense.. I have a pretty basic routine.. At my peak last year I had gotten pretty complex, after about 6 months or so.. But I just kept putting it off for things and missing my windows of opportunty.. I have found that for my body type, certain PE exercises work better than others for results.. Hanging is out of the question but ADS, jelqs and clamping work wonders for me once my conditioning is back up to speed.. My routine was working great, but I JUST GOT LAZY and started to make it second priorty, the third, then whenever I get to it, then not all.. Even the 10 minute jelq session became hard to come by.. I do like the kegels as well but those seem to give me no growth but it does increase my “staying” power..
