with good girth, should I even bother with jelqs
I’ve been Peing for about 2 months. No gains so far. I attribute this to being lax with heat application(Alright I’m probably a hardhainer also - there I said it). I can’t PE in the shower because my hand always slips(I’m uncut) and I’ve been very remiss with the hot wrap, often skipping it all together.
I’ve also only been stretching for about one month. I try to do about 30-40 minutes a day, sometimes split into two sessions. And I jelq - dry - for about half an hour.
I just got a IR Lamp and I’m going to try and be a little more consistent with the heat.
My question though is should I even bother with jelqs? I’ve got approximately 6 inch girth(sometimes it measures lower sometimes higher) and I’m indifferent to gaining any more. Plus there’s the theory of girth hindering length. Unfortunately my length is the exact same as my girth, at around 6” nbp.
My reasoning is that if the only aspect of gaining length from jelqing is from stretching the ligs then why not just do more stretches?
