I posted my first thread yesterday, First post with a couple of questions thanks for the replies, especially on the theory behind penis growth. Excellent and helpful.

This got me thinking.Now I maybe on my own (I’ll hopefully find out now) but I regularly workout at a gym, with weights, cardio and do circuits. When I really push myself, I noticed that my old mate has a shrinking mood! ( A bit like a cold day only a bit tighter), until I hit the warm showers and everything returns to normal. It’s something I never thought about much and have never ask others about, until I though about PE.

But it strikes me that once you are into PE you need to time gym sessions before not after PE routine. PE needing then shaft to be as large as possible for as long as possible.

Any thoughts.

I don’t really understand these last two sentences, maybe it’s just me. But there’s some good discussion in this thread about the same thing your experiencing. You should check it out.
