Wassup? I recently started the newbie PE routine, and I was wondering if I didn’t warm up at the beggining and end of every session, would it affect my results? I usually just stretch (up,down,side to side and all around) then jelq. I do 100 normal Jelqs followed by 100 downward jelqs. My measurements are roughly length 6.1 and girth 5.9-6.0. My goal is 8 inches in length and 6 inches in girth(really want length gains). Thank you in advance for your reply.

We all have varying degrees of limitations and constraints to contend with in attacking our PE objectives … So here are the. Rules that I use to govern my time.

1. Doing PE is better than NOT doing PE: So do your best to do something.

2. Doing a warm-up is better than not doing a warm-up: if you have time … Do a warm-up, but don’t let it keep you from folluwing rule #1

3. Using heat during your routine is better than not using heat … So try and use heat whenever you canm

So in practical terms what this means is that you should do whatever you can to stay consistent to “so sort of routine” but don’t let your time or motivation constraints keep you from doing SOMETHING consistently.

One thing is certain … If you are not consistent thenit won’t work

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG
