Will this work
Wassup? I recently started the newbie PE routine, and I was wondering if I didn’t warm up at the beggining and end of every session, would it affect my results? I usually just stretch (up,down,side to side and all around) then jelq. I do 100 normal Jelqs followed by 100 downward jelqs. My measurements are roughly length 6.1 and girth 5.9-6.0. My goal is 8 inches in length and 6 inches in girth(really want length gains). Thank you in advance for your reply.
