Use a tripod. you can get a really convenient mini for a couple of bucks.

Pissed off iv’e got a little tear in the Frenulum, only been doing the newbie routine for nearly 2 weeks taking it steady and a set back so I will probably take a week off to let it heal but still do kegals all through the day.

After a little set back i am starting P.E again today. Also i just checked and i am now down to 180lbs so thats 70lbs down like i said i will reach my goal this time.

Rubber soul you’re a legend. I respect anyone who can reduce their weight, as some people find it just impossible. Did you do anything to reduce other than change to a vegan diet? About 18 months a year ago I reduced my meat consumption, and my cholesterol has come down steadily, with no particular strain. So sometimes the answer is pretty obvious.

Thanks Braingasm i exercise everyday, I do interval training on the treadmill i do 6 to 10 miles a day and i have also just bought a kettlebell and started doing 2 sets a day with that.

I have just tried to do measured pics but It didn’t go great only got one pic, but I have gained and i am now BPEL 7.5 this may of come from loss of fat pad but Im putting It down to PE and weight loss.

Lot of respect for the lost of weight. It’s a hard thing to do these days.

Final Goal - NBPEL: ≥ 7.5"; EG: ≥ 5.5";

154 is lean, but about right for a vegan at that height. I was 175 at your height and stronger than guys that weighed 50 lbs more than me (and we’re talking about hyper-athletic guys that went on to D1 colleges for football). If you are into weight lifting and sprinting, you will be one strong, ripped dude at 175-180.
