Will masturbation affect my gains

I just started PE will masturbation effect my gain’s .I masturbate pretty frequently.4-5 times a week.I’m 19.

Doesn’t for me, but I usually do it 1-5 hour(s) before hand.

I wanted to test this is I did 20 minutes of stretching a day for a month and I went from 6.25 to 6.75 bpel.

Won’t affect your gains but you’ll get hairs in your hands palm and you are risking to become blind.

You’re a young lad so 4-5 times a week is probably a necessity not to think about it all the time. As others said, as long as your EQ doesn’t suffer there’s no problems.
