Will just stretching keep gainsrest unit
To make a long story short my girl friend is going to be living with me for a month which means I will have no chance to jelq because I work all day and when I shower.. Well she likes to ‘shower’ with me. I have been PE’ing for 3 months and have gained a little under half an inch.
I will have time to stretch and I am wondering if stretching twice a day for about ten minutes each will stabilize my gains or if I should expect some shrinkage to occur; and if so how much? Is jelqing that vitally important to gains? (Remember it’s just for a month)
The stretching involves both lig and tunica stretching with a V stretches from all sides and up, down, left, right and straight out stretching.
Also I have been getting this rather large reddish spot on my foreskin from a weakened vein which goes away within twelve hours of PE’ing but returns after most PE jelqing sessions. Will just stretching give the vein some time to properly heal? Or (for a reason I can’t think of) will stretching somehow continue to mess with this vein.
Finally, any other ideas on how to keep my gains? I don’t want to stop completely because from what I’ve read I should expect to see all of my gains disappear
