I’m really cautious about jelqing as I feel this more dangerous than just merely stretching the penis. Is it possible to gain length with just stretching ? And has anyone experienced damage with stretching ?

Yes, you can gain length by just stretching, although it may be a slower process.

Many people have probably experienced damage through stretching, but if you are cautious and don’t overdo anything (which is quite hard with stretching and/or jelqing), you’ll be fine.

Jelqing can be “dangerous” if your not careful. Compared to stretching, I would say it’s about an equal risk. You probably will experience better length gains if you combine both (stretching and jelqing). Also keep in mind wet jelqing is more safe than jelqing dry.

I do manual stretching only and have gained at least 1/2 inch.

For the best possible newbie results, follow the Newbie Routine to the letter. Start off gently and slowly and always use heat. If you over do it with the jelqing you may get red spots etc., but they go away quickly, with no permanent damage done. It’s all part of the learning process.

It is good to be very cautious, but everyone will who is serious about PE is likely to accidentally over work their penis once in a while. The negative PI’s of no morning wood, or mild ED for a couple of days is fairly normal and a good indicator to back off the intensity a little. But backing off too far is likely to reduce results.

I consider jelqing to be the pivotal exercise in PE, at least for me. It seems to act as a synergist, helping to maximise the results from other methods. Just start gently and gradually build up slowly.

I’ve experienced injury from stretching alone - few stretch marks on shaft. It was at beginning, when my knowledge about PE was poor.

Stretching and jelqing aren’t dangerous if you pay attention to what you do. Just be carefull, and don’t forget about sufficient warm-up.

What is the main reason that stretching and jelqing are dangerous? Like what should you look for from stretching and what should you look for in jelqing? Ive done bothf or about a week and no marks or anything yet, can something come up later?

Comp1234, the best answer for your first question is in injuries/treatments section.

Susceptibility to injury depends on person, I think. You find here posts of guys who never used warm-up, did exercises with maximum tension, gain and never got injury. Some guys experienced opposite situation. All in all, if you’re careful, you have nothing to worry.

Jelqing isn’t that bad, just make sure to be careful.

Just a quick note: Many of the replies here states that you need to apply a lot of heat. While this is certainly true in most cases, don’t overestimate it and go all out because you have heat. You could probably make this conclusion by yourself, but you never know.
