I gained 0.5 in girth from bends and jelqing.
First Measurement November 1 2009: EBPL 7.5
Current Measurement June 1st 2010: EBPL 8.0
Short Term Goal: 8.5 inches || EBPL Long Term Goal:9 inches EBPL

I believe it has to do with ur erection 30-50% jelq is for length and 70-80% is for girth.
