Will I see any progress from this light routine?
I don’t have much free time time for various reason thus my only PE is done during my 10 minute showers in the morning.
Generally I do the stretches for 30 seconds in each direction(Up down left right), then I do the circular motion stretch.
After that I do about 50 - 100 jelqs each one lasting about 3-4 seconds.
Once I’m done that I finish with the stretch where you tuck your penis between your thighs for the rest of my time in the shower.
I was wondering if this routine would render any sort of results?
