I really don’t think jelqing is for me so I was wondering is there length gain to be had from just manual stretching, I really want length, please help.

Yes, you can gain significant length doing stretching alone. However, jelqing will add in both length and girth of your penis.

I didn’t wanna make a new thread for this, so I decided to post my question here, since countdown2’s already gotten his answer.

With a stretcher device such as for instance PeniMaster, what would there be a particular training regime that would be optimal for something like that, or would the newbie routine be just as good?

Get everything you can get from just newbie routine until you feel your gain has stopped. Then go for other methods, maybe using a stretcher.

asnoman is right —- No stretching devices until you have completed the newbie routine. You need to understand your penis better or you could hurt it. Newbie routine will help you understand it.

Here is an alternative newbie routine for both of you if you want to try a “less is more” approach.

I just don’t feel like the jelq is for me, I did try for about 6 weeks. I’m not giving up due lack of results, I just don’t understand how hard/soft I’m suppose to grip.

Stretching alone has never worked for me. Even hanging alone, even with heavy weights, even for a long time, has never worked for me. But a month or two of jelqing, and, Voila! Length gains. If you’re worried about gaining girth, just keep your erection on the soft side while you’re jelqing.

Use lube. I use olive oil. Vasoline is good, too, but it’s messier to clean up. Make sure you remove the hair from your shaft so you can start your jelq strokes all the way at the base. Form an OK grip, or maybe a U-grip if you’re thick. Do them nice and steady, releasing your grip as you get close to your glans.

I disagree with you guys telling him not to use a stretcher while he does his newbie program. How can he hurt him self unless he falls down a flight of stairs with it on or wears it to bed by the way never do this never go to sleep with anything strapped to your cock.

It can do nothing but help speed gains and as for hurting him self he would more likely hurt him self from to much jelqing force with a erection level that is to high. He obviously reads post on here so being over zealous with devices shouldn’t be a problem.

To answer you question 6 hr per day is a good number but work up to that number over a week to 2 week period. Look up what extenders are the best I love autoextender and the static stretch web sites great quality products. Look up the review on traction devices. It should give you all the info you need.

Stretchers can only help your in your quest for a bigger penis.I really can’t see anyone hurting them self with one they come with instructions on how to wear them and for amount of time that one should wear one. If I was you I would not get a strap or noose device, they are painful and don’t stay on and will end up in your closet.

I think a C-grip is fine, but maybe a U-grip would be better. My fingers don’t usually touch, so a C/U grip is really what I’ve always done.
