Lately I have gone back to my Ullis routine and I have added JAI stretches twice a day and I stretch a little after Ullis/jelqing session. I still stretch every 2 or 3 hours but not so consitently. It seems to be working. I got strong woods almost every morning and sometimes it feels sore at the base.

However I am thinking that too much manual work might toughen up my tissues and it will be detrimental in the future when I decide to hang or use an extender.

So will heavy manual work reduce future gains for extender use or hanging?

I also say ask for that because all my gains have come mainly from better EQ I think. My flaccid doesnt seem to be any larger, just my EL. Is lke the internal tissues are stronger when producing an erection.

I don’t think so. As far as you don’t go over board and stress too much your unit you are fine. Extenders use a different way to work on your penis, (low tension for a long time) and this change is good when it’s time to move on.

Do not stop manual exercises until you gain, then switch to the extender always with an open eye on your PI.

I guess you meant untill you stop gaining ?

Ok man thanks, the only thing is that I will not get the newbie gains with the extender since I just got them with manuals. Right?

It’s a little different: first if you mix up too many things you don’t understand what works for you and what is ineffective. Second, manual exercises are always your first option. Do not use the extender until you stop gaining from manual exercises.

The newbie routine is much more complete than just using the extender alone. There are not newbie gains from manual work or extender, they are just gains. When you stop gaining with manuals switch to the extender, then to a pump then take a decon break then start all over again. Do not train your penis always in the same way or it will stop gaining.

of course buddy. thank you. My idea was to keep on doing heavy manual work swtiching stretches before and after jelqing/Ullis (Now I do before and after, mainly before). Then extender (complementing with streches and light jelqs) , then hanging (complmenting with light jelqs and BTB jelqs and ADS). then pumping + clamping. I first aim for length.

I would like to use an ADS now and stop doing stretches so often daily. What ADS should I buy? I am considering egobooster 2014.
