Not sure if this is the right place, but thought I would share my stats and experience.

Girth 7.25 at thickest and 6.75-7.0 MSG. Length 7.25 BPEL usually on a normal day and now I have out lot of weight on, it’s 6.75-7.0.

Hanging
Pumping
Clamping

Those and fowfers. Not really wasted time with Jelqs for gains but just for cooling down.

Gains prob half an inch length and same girth. I was large to start. But have taken my unit to monster girth proportions.

Inspirations while lurking here for over 2 years? Big girtha , 17m , west side Toni, and thunders as for Starting this great forum.

Anyway

Are these stats after a break? I know pumping can give lots of size from edema.


Bpel: 7.625

Mseg: 5.125

FSL: 8.125

These are gains that I cemented, I might have lost a little length, I’m not sure as I’ve not PE properly for a year now.

My gains were not really from pumping, that was just for fun. I’ve never really seen or heard with proof of pictures that someone could actually cement gains from pumping.

What makes you say that jelqs are a waste of time?

Not for everyone, just did not do anything but return blood to unit post hang. It is good for a noobie routine, but Jelqs alone, from what I have learnt, do Nothing apart from trick someone starting PE to think they have gained, when at most EQ is the only thing that has been enhanced.

This is only my point of view.

Maybe you can specify what you think does promote gains in length and girth over what the newb workout is.. Which is 5 min warm up, 5 min stretch and 10 min jelqs, 5 min warm down? How did you get such extreme girth?

Hanging heavy weights. I think this is the best. The newb workout is just a introduction to better circulation. Most gains I think are physiological. Does anyone agree?
