Wich one is best
Need a tip from the most experienced ones @ thunder’s about which routine here would fit for better results (the ones I’ve tried already and felt most comfortable with so far)
1) 3 days working - 2 days off - 1 day working - 1 day off
2) 2 days working - 2 days off
3) 1 day working - 1 day off
Any other routine should I follow for better results? Your tips are just VERY welcome!
