So I’ve been working at this newbie routine for about 2 and a half months now, and I’m quite satisfied with my gains so far. Great forum, so glad I found it. Anyway, I was just wondering whether or not it matters if you stretch before you jelq, or if you jelq before you stretch? I’ve found that stretching pre-jelq kinda makes my ding-a-ling like.. Noodely lol. I tried jelqing and THEN stretchin just yesterday, and it felt like my dick could handle a tougher session. Almost like the stretching kinda takes away some of the arousal I need to begin a good jelq if it’s already all stretched out. Like would it be easier to injure myself if stretch post jelq? Just wanted to know if any of you crafty vets had any insight. THANKS

I’ve tried both ways and find I definitely get a much better stretch starting about 12 hours AFTER jelqing (wet for 16 minutes) and continuing for the next 12 hours or so.

I get a better grip and I feel way a better stretch if I stretch first. It’s been a month since I got back on PEing and I’ve only been stretching and jelqing. I recently quit jelqing for length gain and my results improved with only stretching. But that varies from person to person, so you could try it out and monitor your results to see what’s best for you.

Probably another person to person preference thing. I dont know why. I can’t explain it. but my body likes when I jelq then do my streches. all my PI’s agree.

For me, the reason is mostly practical. If I have time, I stretch, jelq, and pump. I also jelq with lube, so it’s easier to stretch before getting all lubed up for jelqing, then I’m lubed to pump afterward.

Yep, so far so good. I’ll keep up the good work, and hopefully my penis won’t fall off or anything. It definitely, for me, feels better jelqing first. I guess I will just keep listening to my body.

I don’t see how you guys stretch after jelqing. Jelqing causes my penis to be plump and sometimes I’ll have an erection, which is the opposite of what your penis should be like when stretching

I’m with you on this, it’s so plump from jelqing that it doesn’t stretch well. Plus I like to hot wrap or shower immediately after jelqing and get the ol’ fella wrapped up to keep the engorgement all day.

I wet jelq, and if I stretch after jelqing my hands slip! So for me, that practical reason alone of not having to clean up mid PE session is enough of a reason.

I use coconut oil for lube when jelqing, so it would be too much effort to go shower or wash it off to stretch afterward.

I’ve posited for years here that after a thorough heat warmup, jelqing before stretching is the way to go— jelqing first will ‘pre-exhaust’ your wang in three dimensions after which the stretching will focus the deformation longitudinally.

IMO, the notion of ‘stretching first’ is based on the idea of stretching before a fitness workout— and your cock ain’t that kind of muscle

Not to mention that you shouldn’t stretch before training either.

How do you deal with the plumpness of your penis after jelqing? Is it not true that your penis should be as unerect as possible for stretching?

And how do you figure that you shouldn’t stretch before training? I think I’ve heard that before, but what’s the reasoning?

I’ve been a hard gainer and injury prone until recently, that is I’ve found a routine that has me really excited as I’ve made some noticeable gains and way improved EQ over the last 2 months. I’ve come to really subscribe to Saiyans methodology of plastic deformation under heat and time under tension since it’s really the only thing that has worked for me and has not caused me injury setbacks. Basically its all about heat. I constantly apply a heated flax seed heat pad throughout my routine, heated tissue is much more willing to stretch and undergo plastic deformation. I only do manual stretches and jelq since my grip is more than sufficient.

I personally don’t believe it matters at all in which order you decide to stretch or jelq first, because I stretch before I jelq and I’m making great gains, while Andro seems to have made great gains the other way. I think whats most important is constant heat throughout the workout. Don’t let your unit cool down much at any point. Actually now that I think about it, I think stretching would be difficult after jelqing since i use an oil based-lube for jelqing.

I warm up for 5 minutes so my unit feels very warm, just below what I would consider hot. Then I stretch for 5 minutes. Then reheat unit again for 5 minutes. Then stretch again for 5 minutes. Then reheat again for 5 minutes. Then jelq. Then finish up with another 5 minute heating session to end the workout and I do kegels during this time to exhaustion. I used to be too lazy to think I needed to constantly heat my unit, turned out that was the biggest mistake I was making. It’s been working better than anything else I’ve ever tried, and sadly I’ve been struggling with minor gains off and on for years here. Wish I applied heating back when I first started, I’d probably be retiring from PE by now lol.

To your second query first, your own post had my answer— ” jelqing first will ‘pre-exhaust’ your wang in three dimensions after which the stretching will focus the deformation longitudinally.”
Your first query second— blow a load if necessary— my primary drag on length gains has always been my septum, otherwise my cockmeat has always been malleable and ‘loose’

To your last, stretching affects muscle spindles, interfering with explosiveness and contractile ability.

IME the order of work in physical training should be— warm-up to increase core temp & blood flow, mobility work to lubricate joints and fire the neural system, skill work if pursuing a sport, speed/ explosiveness work [sprints, plyos, Oly lifts], power/ strength work [powerlifting for example], endurance, ‘stretching’/ “cool down” and finally post training therapies— saunas, steams, hydrotherapies, ice baths, massage etcetera.

How that plays out in the real world os off topic for this thread.
