Your first query second— blow a load if necessary— my primary drag on length gains has always been my septum, otherwise my cockmeat has always been malleable and ‘loose’
To your last, stretching affects muscle spindles, interfering with explosiveness and contractile ability.
IME the order of work in physical training should be— warm-up to increase core temp & blood flow, mobility work to lubricate joints and fire the neural system, skill work if pursuing a sport, speed/ explosiveness work [sprints, plyos, Oly lifts], power/ strength work [powerlifting for example], endurance, ‘stretching’/ “cool down” and finally post training therapies— saunas, steams, hydrotherapies, ice baths, massage etcetera.
