Too much psuedo-science in this thread. Proper jelqing includes stretching at the end of the movement. Stretching as its own movement is just overkill for newbies who don’t know how to jelq properly. The be all, end all to PE is the jelq — there are several other exercises that have been created, modified, tested, et. al., but the jelq is the tried and true exercise. Honestly, I went from 6.5-8 in 2 years of 300-500 wet jelqs 3 times a week. Do it right the first time instead of over-thinking the simplest things. Same occurs in weightlifting. Get stronger, faster, if you know what you are doing.
