Why does the penis go back in size if one stops jelqing?

Why does the penis go back in size if one stops jelqing? Is there any physical explanation to that and also is there any physical explanation to the expression “cementing gains”?

I have similar questions.. Physiologically speaking, why do guys from some races have extremely short/retracted flaccid lengths?

I am from what would be considered European lineage and I have crazy issues with turtling. However, men from African descent, in general, do not seem to have this affliction.

I wonder if extreme turtling is a result of a race of people emerging from 10,000 years of ice age weather? I’m just speculating.

Genetically, people from hotter climates tend to have longer limbs and larger veins allowing them to give off heat more efficiently. People from colder climates have larger torso’s, shorter limbs, and more veins allowing them to retain heat. This may also be related to flaccid size. This is just speculation and what makes sense to me.
