Some guys do, but it’s pretty hard to quantify since most men aren’t really very well dialed in on measuring consistently or accurately, sometimes it takes that long for fellows to get the technique fine-tuned so that it’s actually working. But I don’t think it’s accurate to just say that no-one gains in the first 2 months. I gained significantly in the first 2- 3 months.

Just like any change in exercise, diet or sleep, you can feel your body being affected immediately but it simply takes time for tissue groups and muscles to grow and adapt. The nature of any form of exercise, including PE (though unique) is that you have to prepare your body and teach it the “new normal” you want over time.

I would be terrified if a few instances of pulling or stretching a body part resulted in immediate, drastic changes.

It could also well be that some tissues need some time until they have “matured”. Collagen has some stages to go through until its “finished”.

But nothing I know the details about right now, maybe someone else knows more.

because thats the norm in pe, everyone is not a easy gainer.. I got 0.4 inch bpel in my first month, which made me to get 100 % sure that pe was working (i had picture proof and had measured me 10 times before i started).. Which have made me to put all the time in i do everyday, because i KNOW it works

And i want just to clear it up that none, zero of my gains have come from eq, my eq was 10/10 before pe… Im in that eq age

With hanging, I think my first couple months was devoted to simply conditioning my dick to be able to handle the hanger (and weights) without getting injured. Once I was able to hang heavier weights for longer periods without killing my dick, then the gains started. If I’d jumped right into the heavy weights and long times, I’d have had all kinds of dick problems.

On the other hand, when I first experimented with clamping, my dick gained permanent girth almost immediately, even though I didn’t start out with high pressure and long times.
