Why can't I seem to kegel correctly
I can never maintain the 60-80% erection that it says you should use.
The first time I tried it, I used a death grip so that I got a large purple ring around my member.
This time, I make a tight grip but I can still never hold my erection. If I was to hold too much longer, I feel like I might hurt myself again.
I put a cock ring on AND I watch porn to maintain my erection. I still cannot maintain it and it quickly becomes limp. I’m also not feeling my head becoming overwhelmed with blood like I was the first time. However, I was doing it too hard.
Kegels are obviously important, they are included in all the routines. What am I doing wrong?
