Why can't I make a thread

Am I doing something wrong or is every thread submitted for moderation before it is posted in the forum?

It is a conspiracy, sir. All questions are answered in the faq and forum guidelines but who ever reads that shit, eh? You need to be a member for so long, with so many posts before you can create threads outside of the newbie section. You can always reply, but not start stuff. If you have a worthwhile thread, you can ask for a mod to move it to the correct section.
