There are so ereasons , in my opinión, why there are hardly studies than PE works:

1. PE is not an exercise. There are a lot if exercises: hunging, extensors, manual streching, pumping, jelqing, clamping. Sometimes people do more than one of this exercises. In science you should isolate one exercise to be sure what exercise is working and what isn’t.

2. PE needs time, effort, and discipline (paciente). And when you start PE you aren’t sure if your penis will grow. Si PE is not a good item for merchandise. You want easy and sure results.

I feel you and I’ve asked the same question, particularly after my completing my second time through the newbie routine when all I had to show for it was an injury that lasted 6 weeks (ironically the swelling added about .25 inches of girth). There’s a before and after measurement thread, but that represents about .0001% of this site. The rest are just signatures. It doesn’t make sense that they would lie if it’s a free site, and go to such trouble to post about routines and such, which is what keeps what little faith I have left, but I feel you.

1000 hours for 0.125”? That equates to 8.33 years if you do 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week. If you do 2 hours a day, that’s over 2 years, for 0.125”.

That is a worst case scenario. The idea behind him saying it is to release your expectations. I just spent the better part of 3 years (not quite 3) for roughly .3” in girth and length. An easy 1000 hours, I put in along with heavy investment.

It is more than a notion. Usually earlier in the journey gains are easier but for some guys they aren’t. I am of the belief that anyone can gain but not everyone will. And I have no idea why.

Your math is sound.

My tracker has me at 0.001” cubic inches of volume increase per hour. That puts me at a cubic inch of volume per 1000 hours. However, this rate seems to have have slowed tremendously.

Some will gain fast then slow down. Some will start slow and stay slow, it’s a grind. For those watching the clock, it will seem like an eternity or even impossible, PE is quite simply not for all.

I love the process and I am slowly benefiting from my work.

Quite frankly it’s easier to accept one’s current size than grow their cock.

I say work on doing both.

heyy, about time, I have my own beliefs, Think about it, if you want a result, have 2 ways.

1. trial and error
2. Pay someone to teach you.

Here, we can choose the 2 ways, in my history I paid someone to teach me, and he gave me the shortcuts. here I think that we can choose a guy, that gain in some time, and see what he did and adapt for your reality.

The topic OP posted is still relevant even almost everything else he wrote got some of us a little bit on the back foot.

So why there is not? Simply because medicine don´t have answers to everything. When there are no knowledge even how many common disorders occur or should be treated, it is not so hard to see why. Excluding few extender studies there are no studies.

Usually the need for larger unit is simply hedonistic or self esteem related, and we are the only ones who think it should be bigger. It is not a medical issue and in most cases shouldn’t be issue at all.

Micropenis and Peyronies are the only scenarios truly studied,examined and tried to cure several ways. Not normal and healthy ones.

When OP starts to dig deeper he will find out that this place convince him if it works or not. It convinced me at least.
