WHy are my balls always so cold

Usually, My balls are cold, almost like 20 degrees less than body temp

Why is this?

Also, I have very small testes, could his be because they are always cold? OR Could this mean I don’t have enough testosterone.. What is wrong with my body?

Your balls are supposed to be colder then the rest of your body. It is good for your sperm. That is why they are stored outside.

I find that the best cure for cold balls is to have a woman caress and or suck on them. Yup, that’ll do it.
