I started just a hair under 6” NBPEL and with a rather inconsistent routine, over the last year I have increased to 6.25” NBPEL.
My routine has only ever consisted of jelqing & manual stretching. Here are the details:
- 7-10 min. Warm up: soak penis in a cup of hot water from the faucet (as hot as possible while not burning myself).
- 10-15 min. Manual stretches: mostly, I stretch up, down, left, right, and straight out, for 30 seconds at a time, however I have also mixed in some V-stretches, too.
- 20-25 min. Wet jelq: my jelqing sessions usually start with maybe 5-10 dry jelqs just to get my penis slightly engorgement. Then I use petroleum jelly as a lube for my jelqs. I start at a relatively low erection level (OK grip with the palm of my hand facing up & my thumb on top of my penis) and try to stay there as long as possible because I am trying to focus on length.
By the 10 minute mark or so, my erection level has usually began to increase to approximately 60% or so. I don’t fight this increase in erection level, instead I work with it and adjust the pressure and force of my grip as not to injure myself. I have found this to be much more effective than stopping my jelqing and allowing my erection to subside before starting up again, which always made my sessions last much longer and messed up the overall flow and rhythm of my routine.
By the 15 or 20 minute mark, I’m usually at about 80-90% erection level, not rock hard but almost fully engorged. This is the erection level that I finish my routine with.
After jelqing, I like to finish my routine by getting a full erection and edging for maybe 5-10 minutes. I’m not certain that this does anything for growth, but the quality, strength, and firmness of my erection after a session is incredible and too awesome to resist. I never ejaculate though, because I personally feel that it causes me to loose the plump hang that I like to see after my routine.
When I’m done edging, I wipe myself down with paper towel and finish my routine with a warm down
- 7-10 min. Warm down: soak penis in a cup of hot water the same way I warm up.
Like I said above, I have been rather inconsistent with my routine. My usual trend is to train regularly (one or two days on, then one day off, but rarely three days in a row) for several months at a time, but then I end up abandoning it for 2-3 months at a time. There’s not any real reason that I do things this way, but I guess it’s just how my interest waxes and wanes.
I should probably also mention that I’ve only seen maybe a 1/16” increase in girth, but I feel thicker and my veins are absolutely more prominent, and I have also had some veins emerge that I never had seen prior to PE.
