Who started off with 6" NBP?

I would like to know how many of you started off with 6” Non bone pressed and what measurment are you at now non bone pressed? Roughly how long did it take you to achieve this? What was your routine etc….?

He gave you a better answer than the one you were looking for. You can download the data from that page as a csv file into Excel and then filter it according to any parameters you like.

6” NBP is probably equivalent to a 7.0” to 8.0” BPEG (depending on fat pad variation), which very few seem to start with. I’d suspect that an individual who starts that large would have serious growth potential. So if you have a 6” NBP, be glad and get to work because you have much gains to reap.

I still don’t know where I am supposed to measure NBP from…

Invisible I was asking about NBP length. It only says BP on the stats. Does anyone gain NBP because I would like to see a longer penis not just a longer measurement?

No offence, countdown2, but you are a lazy guy. Opening a new thread for any odd question you could be interested on, it’s not the way to help this forum. You could download the PE statistics, search for members who started with about 6.00”, and then DO A SEARCH about their routine and gains.

I’ve gained both BP and NBP. They generally go hand-in-hand. BP is by far the better measurement for consistency, that is why we in the PE community use it to monitor growth. If you want to see your growth visually rather than analytically, then take a picture of your penis from the top and side (preferably with a ruler or some other item that provides a source of reference) and compare with a picture at a set date in the future. If you are consistent, you will see growth. That certainly indicates NBP gains.

Then there was that guy who got 1” gain BP, but lost NBP.

Also that one who gained an inch, and all of it was below skin level along his fat pad.

Marinera, you call me lazy when I ask a perfectly reasonable question and you just reply with a link? I don’t mind helping anyone so why the hostility? I was’nt looking for trouble. I appreciated your help none the less so please don’t think am being rude.

To gain an inch BP and lose NPB means he either gained weight or stretched his skin at the base so much that it made his penis look smaller. That’s very unfortunate for him.

I was in a bad mood so I was being a smart ass.

If you gain BP, you WILL “see” a NBP increase. But there is almost no way you are going to gain NBP and not BP. So if you want to “see” a gain, rather than just a “measurement”, you are still going to have to gain BP.

So why not just measure BP? If you think you “see” a gain in NBP, you’ll not be sure unless you have been measuring BP.

I apologize for being a smart ass. It’s just that I am so sick of NBP. To me NBP is a fringe benefit, a nice thing for show. I like my NBP gain, but I can’t put a consistent measurement to it for the simple fact that there is no way to measure from exactly the same spot at the base every time.

I can say for certain that I have gained 1.375 inches BPEL since last Sept. within about 1/32 of an inch. (0.0312). There is no way anyone can convince me they can measure consistently NBP within even an 1/8 of an inch. I would say more like 1/4 of an inch might be believable, even that might be fooling yourself.

Good to see you’re in a better mood. It seemed quite odd that somebody could have experienced such an extreme such as that. I suppose it is possible though. It wouldn’t have been the craziest story I’ve ever heard around here.

I started just a hair under 6” NBPEL and with a rather inconsistent routine, over the last year I have increased to 6.25” NBPEL.

My routine has only ever consisted of jelqing & manual stretching. Here are the details:

- 7-10 min. Warm up: soak penis in a cup of hot water from the faucet (as hot as possible while not burning myself).

- 10-15 min. Manual stretches: mostly, I stretch up, down, left, right, and straight out, for 30 seconds at a time, however I have also mixed in some V-stretches, too.

- 20-25 min. Wet jelq: my jelqing sessions usually start with maybe 5-10 dry jelqs just to get my penis slightly engorgement. Then I use petroleum jelly as a lube for my jelqs. I start at a relatively low erection level (OK grip with the palm of my hand facing up & my thumb on top of my penis) and try to stay there as long as possible because I am trying to focus on length.

By the 10 minute mark or so, my erection level has usually began to increase to approximately 60% or so. I don’t fight this increase in erection level, instead I work with it and adjust the pressure and force of my grip as not to injure myself. I have found this to be much more effective than stopping my jelqing and allowing my erection to subside before starting up again, which always made my sessions last much longer and messed up the overall flow and rhythm of my routine.

By the 15 or 20 minute mark, I’m usually at about 80-90% erection level, not rock hard but almost fully engorged. This is the erection level that I finish my routine with.

After jelqing, I like to finish my routine by getting a full erection and edging for maybe 5-10 minutes. I’m not certain that this does anything for growth, but the quality, strength, and firmness of my erection after a session is incredible and too awesome to resist. I never ejaculate though, because I personally feel that it causes me to loose the plump hang that I like to see after my routine.

When I’m done edging, I wipe myself down with paper towel and finish my routine with a warm down

- 7-10 min. Warm down: soak penis in a cup of hot water the same way I warm up.

Like I said above, I have been rather inconsistent with my routine. My usual trend is to train regularly (one or two days on, then one day off, but rarely three days in a row) for several months at a time, but then I end up abandoning it for 2-3 months at a time. There’s not any real reason that I do things this way, but I guess it’s just how my interest waxes and wanes.

I should probably also mention that I’ve only seen maybe a 1/16” increase in girth, but I feel thicker and my veins are absolutely more prominent, and I have also had some veins emerge that I never had seen prior to PE.

I hope this helps. I’m by no means an expert, but I have seen the benefits that PE can bring and I am a true believer. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to respond.
