Hi.

I want my penis to have more girth, particullarly on midshaft to the top-glands included.

So girth gains on the base better not be.

I don’t want to gain length and also I don’t want to lose the hardness of my penis when erect.

What should I do to achieve?

Sadsak’s head exercises are great for this, with a grip at the base. Horses are great for general girth. Both of these are in the FAQ.

They are quite hard on the penis and you really need to be jelqing for 2 months before you try them. Jelqing may increase length, at higher erection levels jelqing tends toward helping girth increases.

If this is it my only question is in what direction you apply your hands?I mean if I put them in the direction that thumb faces the other thumb I end up gripping my glands.This is it or the other way around(pinke will face pinke) thus leaving the glands out of grip-untouched?

Yes that is the sadsak. Hands should be thumbs toward body palm down.

So thats a standard overhand ok as a tourniquet, then add the fingers one at a time to increase pressure above the grip.

Also check out the ULI#3 (in the FAQ again). Bib used this effectively to go from a carrot type shape (he calls it conical) to a more usual shape.

None of these exercises are for newbies. You will cause yourself injury if you are not careful !

The horse440 is also in the FAQ, yes. It tends to get shortened to horse.

I do a mod on this. No staionary hand. 60% erection. Grip at base with overhand then place fingers down one at a time. Repeat as many times as possible. On each repeat loosen the grip and kegel in more blood. By the time you have done 10 the intensity is incredible. Guaranteed injury for someone without 2 months of jelqing under their belt.

And with this hand you gradually finger by finger grip the shaft only and not the glands?

Yep I never actually reach the glans.

The point is to push blood into the glans. Lots of blood. To expand the tissue.

What do you advice me to do?

I would advise you to jelq for 2 months prior to trying these. What this does for you penis is it increases its resiliance to pressure (it becomes generally tougher) and it increases the size of the veins.

Check out the newbie routine, just drop the stretches. Also when you jelq, jelq upwards and try not to finish the end of a stroke with a stretch. This will minimise chances of length growth. You will still probably see some.

Do check out the ULI#3 as well.

This seems to come fine only what do you mean “upwards”(jelqing)?

Memento, when I do static stretching at night while watching tv, sometimes I get fully swollen like when erect, but not erect, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I do something similar to what you just described when I hit this condition. It is indeed BRUTAL. Gives an awesome pump though…
