Who else only Jelqs

Last year I started at 7x5.75. I jelqed once a day for about 4 weeks and got to 7.5x6. I slowly backed off of it and kind of forgot about enlarging it. I started up again yesterday at 7x5.75 again and was thinking about adding more then jelqs.

I would like to be 8x6. I do my jelqs in the shower and would like to do a few things before bed but I want them to be dry exersises. I try stretching but it hurts my head REALLY bad and I only feel the skin stretching. Any other ideas, or will jelqs alone get me to this point?

I just do stretches when I jelq, I pull the jelq in a compass motion, N,S,E,W while kegeling and jelqing at the same time get the newbie routine done in 1 3rd the time!

Comp, i presume you are uncut? If that is so, then you need to retract the foreskin, and grab an inch below the head, and you should be fine. Also, try using toilet paper or baby powder for a better grip.

I am cut. I also do side to side stretches while jelqing. My right hand I pull right and left pull left. It just hurts to do dry stretches.

I wonder what that is stretching. Surely not the ligs?

Why don’t you try apply a light base of lube, not to much just enuf to help the skin strecth more with out pain. Also do you warm up before hand?
