Whiteness

Hey guys,

I was changing into a bathing suit the other day, having PE’d the morning before. I noticed the head of my penis around the ridge was looking very pale - white even. Everything felt fine, and everything works fine. It seems to go away when I am erect, or when I PE, or even just rubbing it up. Sometimes the head is completely normal (pinkish) looking, but sometimes a part or all of the head looks white.

That said, does anyone have some insight into this whiteness? Is this simple discoloration and nothing to be worried about? Could this indicate a problem or injury?

I should point out that when I stretch I grab the penis with an OK grip just below the ridge. The fingers actually rest on the underside of the ridge, where it can gain a grip, as I pull in various directions. That clearly causes a temporary whiteness right around the ridge. Is this the wrong way to do it, or is this the normal way to grip for stretches?

It is advisable to avoid the head at all times while stretching, hanging, clamping etc., and while your whiteness may be natural, it may be because of extra friction against it while you are stretching.

So how do you get a grip for stretching if you aren’t catching your grip on the underside ridge of the head?
